It's a nice place to visit in Victoria. Some corners look a little bit old fashioned, but it is still amazing to see all the plants, trees and flowers. The giant turtles are also cool. The entrance fee wasn't expensive. I liked most the big coconuts trees. Very impressive. On hot days the trees spend nice shadow.
Beautifully maintained garden. Turtles were a special treat. Good birdwatching too.
A must visit for everyone. This was the most memorable part of my trip. The hike took me about 2 hours (I am not a good hiker), but the view was majestic & took my breath away (pic added). However, I wouldn't recommend to go if it is raining as there are excellent chances of slipping & hurting oneself. Please carry water with you and wear proper shoes - this hike cannot be done wearing beach slippers or heels.
After swimming and snorkeling in nearly every cove and bay on Mahe, this Marine park turned out to be the best. Swim out to the far rocks and you'll find what amounts to a natural aquarium: a large area surrounded by rocks with an interior with a great variety of fish in abundance. The water is calm and warm, with only a slight current. Spotted a few rare-ish animals as well. If you have any interest in snorkeling this park is a must-see.
